How to get VIP without donating?

I don't know why i haven't made this topic before, but now I finally did.

So, lets begin..

Requirements for being a VIP:

- You need to be known (especially on admins' sight).
- You need to be old player (lets say, that you have to have stayed in the server for min. ~3 months).
- You need to be active.
- You need to be helpful.
- You need to be mannerly.
- You need to be trustworthy.

When you meet these requirements, you will be hand-picked.
It is hard to be a VIP without donating, but it's because we need to be 100% sure that you do meet those requirements.

These following things slow down or even permanently removes your chance to be a VIP:

- Asking for becoming a VIP.
- Getting bans and other bad actions from admins.
- Misbehaving.
