Two updates, reminder, and surprise announcement

Two updates:
- Selfie feature (/selfie)
- Horsebet feature (/horsebet)

Weapons should be saving now again (at least they does for me).

Reminder:
RCON admins can also sell houses and (un)ban IPs, so if you need RCON admin, just tag @RCON in discord.

The admin applications will be opened at friday, 29th of may. 3 new admins will be taken.
