Title: Christmas update (+ other updates)

CHRISTMAS UPDATE:

- /xmastree and /santagift by Spooky (2018), updated by me
- christmas objects by Loki_Good (2017) and me
- christmas textdraws by Spooky (2018), edited by me
- everyone gets 10000$ and 5 scores every 10 minutes
- the server's in game time has been changed to midnight and weather to 3 for christmas (it's a nice dark red sky & it fits with snowfall)
- /snow - add snow to your game
- /snow - toggle snowfall
- /santa - santa hat

Other updates:
- delivery car system (/deliverycar)
- ball game by spidey (slot machines in houses by Spooky), you can play it in your house, you have to click the white circle as many times as you can on 30 seconds (1 hit = 2 scores and 280$)
- /lotto
