Title: From now on, only the people who are invited, can join to the IRC

Hello everyone.

Like the subject says, that from now on, only the people who are invited, can join the IRC channel. I prefer to invite only those who are registered on the IRC, because, the invitation works for unregistered names as well, but then an uninvited person could use your name to join the IRC, if your account is not registered.

So if you want to be able to join the IRC, so register an account there and tell me your username (which you registered, or have already registered) , so I will invite you then.

To register an account on the IRC:

/msg nickserv register password email
NOTE: The email must be valid, because you have to confirm your registration from your email address!

To change your registered username on the IRC:

/msg nickserv set accountname (new name)
NOTE: The new name must be registered!

To access the IRC, so enter the homepage here on the forum or alternatively access from this (https://kiwiirc.com/nextclient/irc.freenode.net/#xgssamp) link.

(P.S1: From now on, the ChanServ bot will always be on the IRC, because without it, when the IRC channel becomes empty, so the invite-only mode would reset).
